About Us
Untold Stories of Liberation & Love is an Ypsilanti-based collective that amplifies and generates local women of color’s creative courage to envision our communities
as we center cooperative community-governed solutions grounded in abundance.
Untold Stories is deeply grateful for core support from Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation and our fiscal sponsor Culture Source. Untold Stories also thanks Movement Strategy Center for contributing to the publication and launch of our anthology.
This is precisely the time when artists go to work. There is no time for despair, no place for self-pity, no need for silence, no room for fear. We speak, we write, we do language. That is how civilizations heal. - Toni Morrison.
