Olivia Blocker

Olivia Blocker is a communications strategist, researcher and movement worker with over a decade of experience. As a former senior program director at Resource Media, she developed narrative and communications strategies for clean energy and climate justice campaigns across the United States. Prior to her work at Resource Media, she co-­created and managed the Final Five campaign to close youth prisons in Illinois and stayed connected to abolitionist organizing over the last few years through her work as a steering committee member at Liberation Library. Olivia is now studying strategic communications at the University of Liverpool in the UK.
